Clubhouse Rentals

Notice: The Hidden Creek Clubhouse is now available for rentals. 
 
The Clubhouse is available for rentals beginning at 10:00 am. Events must end by 11:00 pm. There is a maximum of one rental event per day. **Clubhouse rentals are only available to Hidden Creek HOA homeowners and tenants**. 
 
Completed applications must be submitted to the on-site manager at least two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled rental date. Renters must include a check for the rental fee and a check for the security deposit. 
 
**The Board has set the maximum occupancy for rentals at 75 persons per event**. 
 
Rental Rate:

The rental rate is based on a 4-hour increment of time. If additional hours are requested and are less than the 4-hour increment rate, the charge is per hour. 
 
Monday through Thursday:
$175.00 (4 hours)
    
Friday, Saturday and Sunday:
$250.00 (4 hours)
    
Additional Per Hour Fee:
 
$80.00
    
Cancellation Fee:
 
$40.00
**Cancellation fee only applies if the reservation is canceled less than 48 hours from the date of the event.
 
Deposit Fee:
